Born in Lockport, New York, Maureen is the daughter of a successful real estate developer father and a work-at-home mother. She and her family spend time together at home cooking, entertaining, and working on the (seemingly) never-ending home improvement projects.
Her real estate career began as a teenager working for her father’s real estate company and learning the business from the ground up. Graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, in 1982, Maureen made Orlando her home and settled in College Park for 25 years before moving to Winter Park in 2008.
She continued her career in real estate until 1993 when her career expanded as a Senior Business Consultant specializing in small and startup businesses. Recognized by her numerous clients nationwide as a valued “partner”, Maureen has be endorsed throughout her career by peers, business owners, senior management and clients for her work ethic, integrity, honesty and her unwavering commitment to customer service and is known in the business community as always placing her customer’s interests first.
In 2001, she brought her extensive real estate experience back to Central Florida. Since then, Maureen has received numerous awards for performance and accomplishments, has been quoted for national real estate magazines and websites, sat on a panel of national internet marketing experts and is a sought after seminar speaker. It is with her usual commitment that she continues to work full time in real estate with Charles Rutenberg Realty's Winter Park office.
