Your property sells through MLS. Another agent represents the buyer. Maureen’s commission is 3% and the other agent also receives 3%. The marketing program includes:

Your property is listed through MLS and all marketing is entirely online. You pay 5% plus any direct marketing costs you choose. The marketing program includes:

1% Listing Fee
You market your home, find your own buyer and negotiate the purchase agreement. Maureen prepares the purchase contract and manages the contract through to closing. You pay 1%.
